Privacy

This website is a demo made by Pixelvile Studio LLP, Kolkata ("Pixelvile"), for a repair service that doesn't exist. Nothing you send here reaches a real business, and nobody will contact you about it. Pixelvile is responsible for what happens to your details.

What we collect, and why

• A booking (through the booking page on this site): the job, the visit window, your name, phone number, address, pincode and the appliance's brand and model, so the visit shows in the demo dashboard.
• The pincode check on the home page runs in your browser only. Nothing you type there is stored or sent.
• An enquiry: your name, phone number and message, so it shows in the demo's Enquiries.
• Visits to the site: a count per day of pages opened and where visitors came from (Google, WhatsApp, a link). No cookies, no IP address and nothing that identifies you.

Anyone can open the demo dashboard, so names, phone numbers, emails and addresses that visitors type in are hidden there (shown as initials and the last two digits). The people already in the demo are made up.

How long it is kept

Demo bookings are deleted within a day and demo enquiries within a week. Visit counts are kept as daily totals.

Who handles it

Pixelvile runs the booking system and dashboard. Cloudflare hosts this site and the system. Meta (WhatsApp) and Zoho (email) carry messages for real businesses, but the demo never sends any. No advertising or tracking services, and no cookies.
